Returns Policy

Sunglasses and frames

All products purchased from are covered with a full manufacturer's defects warranty. We accept a full refund for the total cost of the order (less any shipping costs paid) if the item is returned to us within 30 days upon receipt of the item with no restocking fees. The returned item must be unused in its original condition. All exchanges must be approved through our Customer Service department, and an authorization code must be provided for processing. 

Prescription Eyeglasses & Sunglasses

- A full purchase charged will be refunded minus 50% of the lenses cost. 
- Original packaging must be included
- Product warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). The amount would be refunded to the credit card that was used for placing the order.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Does Daniel Walters, LLC. Ship Merchandise Internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Shipping charges will apply. Please contact us for more information. 
We are not responsible for paying duties or import charges for orders outside the U.S.

When Can I Expect My Order to Ship?

In most cases, on the same day you've placed your order, or the day after! In cases for high demand products, when we get out of stock on a particular frame, it will take you 5-7 days to receive your order.Your “My Account” section of the Website will provide you with information regarding when you can expect to receive your ordered merchandise from Daniel Walters, LLC. Generally, it takes between 3 to 7 business days to receive your product once we ship the merchandise, depending on your location.

For Prescription lenses Your order will be delivered between 7 to 14 business days. You will usually receive your glasses earlier but it may take the full 14 business days depending on the Prescription and lens add- ons.

 Shipping Costs & Methods

Daniel Walters, LLC. offers two methods of shipment for your merchandise. You may choose shipment of your merchandise by way of USPS (U.S. Mail.) Shipping costs are dependent on weight and shipping location, but generally shipping charges amount to approximately $6.95 per pound.

Daniel Walters, LLC. will supply you with a tracking number by way of e-mail once we ship your order. 

Can Daniel Walters, LLC. Ship To P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we can ship your order to a P.O. Box.
