Return Policy

Sunglasses and Frames Without Prescription

Should you need to return an item, we offer a full refund on frames and 50% refund on lenses of the order, excluding any shipping fees, provided the item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original, unused condition for the return to be accepted. You must submit a request for return to info@danielwalters.com

Prescription Eyeglasses & Sunglasses

- A full refund will be issued, however, we will deduct 50% of the lenses cost from the refund amount.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product warranty does not extend to damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

Refund Processing Time

Generally, you should expect to see your refund within four weeks of dispatching your returned item to us. This includes the time it takes for the package to reach us (5 to 10 business days), the processing of your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). The refund will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.

For Prescription lenses Your order will be delivered between 7 to 14 business days. You will usually receive your glasses earlier but it may take the full 14 business days depending on the Prescription and lens add- ons. In some cases, it can be as fast as 3-5 business days.Your “My Account” section of the Website will provide you with information regarding when you can expect to receive your ordered merchandise from Daniel Walters, LLC.

 Shipping Costs & Methods

Daniel Walters, LLC. offers two methods of shipment for your merchandise. You may choose shipment of your merchandise by way of USPS (U.S. Mail.) Shipping costs are dependent on weight and shipping location, but generally shipping charges amount to approximately $7.95 per pound.
