14-Day Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and free from scratches or damage.
- All original packaging, designer cases, cleaning cloths, accessories, and tags (if applicable) must be included.
- Your order number or proof of purchase is required.
- All returns and exchanges must be authorized before shipping.
Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a return or exchange, subject to applicable law.
Frame-Only Purchases & Demo Lenses
Frames purchased without prescription lenses come with the manufacturer's original demo lenses, which may display the manufacturer's name, logo, or branding.
Demo lenses are intended for display and fitting purposes, not everyday vision correction.
If you prefer clear lenses without prescription power, you may select Plano (non-prescription) lenses when placing your order.
How to Request a Return
Email info@danielwalters.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Once your return is authorized, we will email you the return instructions and shipping address. Please ship your return promptly and follow the instructions provided.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns and exchanges.
- U.S. returns: Must be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking.
- International returns: Must be shipped through your country's national postal service with tracking.
Please package your return securely. You are responsible for ensuring it reaches our designated return address. Daniel Walters Eyewear is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit when return shipping is arranged by the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or we made an error with your order, we will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@danielwalters.com promptly.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available.
We will review your request and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
Refund Amounts
For eligible standard returns, refunds are calculated as follows:
- Eyeglass frames: 100% refund of the frame purchase price.
- Prescription lenses: 50% refund of the prescription lens purchase price.
- Plano (non-prescription) lenses: 50% refund of the Plano lens purchase price.
Prescription and Plano lenses are custom-made. The remaining 50% of the lens price covers a portion of the manufacturing and customization costs.
For orders containing both frames and lenses, refunds are calculated separately according to the percentages above.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
These refund terms do not limit any remedies required by applicable law.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange for a different frame, color, or style within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Exchanges require prior authorization, must meet our return conditions, and are subject to product availability.
- If the replacement frame costs more, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference.
- If the replacement frame costs less, we will refund the difference to the original payment method.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard exchanges.
- If new prescription or Plano lenses are required, we will advise you of any additional charges before proceeding.
To request an exchange, email info@danielwalters.com with your order number and preferred replacement.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the merchandise and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval, subject to applicable law.
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
To cancel or modify an order, email info@danielwalters.com as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests before processing or shipping.
Prescription Lens Orders
Please request cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of placing your order to avoid potential production charges.
- Before lens production begins: No prescription lens production charge.
- After lens production begins: A charge of up to 50% of the prescription lens purchase price may apply to cancellations or modifications.
- After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy.
Please note that lens production may begin within the first 24 hours. The 24-hour period does not guarantee that production has not started.
Cancellation charges are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization and inspection.

For Prescription lenses Your order will be delivered between 7 to 14 business days. You will usually receive your glasses earlier but it may take the full 14 business days depending on the Prescription and lens add- ons. In some cases, it can be as fast as 3-5 business days.Your “My Account” section of the Website will provide you with information regarding when you can expect to receive your ordered merchandise from Daniel Walters, LLC.
Shipping Costs & Methods
Daniel Walters, LLC. offers two methods of shipment for your merchandise. You may choose shipment of your merchandise by way of USPS (U.S. Mail.) Shipping costs are dependent on weight and shipping location, but generally shipping charges amount to approximately $7.95 per pound.
